If you have a website package with us, we’ll set up conversion tracking during the website development process. This means that even before your website goes live, we configure the necessary tracking tools and codes to monitor conversions and other key performance metrics.
As a result, your website will be able to start tracking its performance as soon as it launches. However, please be aware that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking tools to collect sufficient data for analysis.
You can monitor the conversation in Analytics by following the instructions below:
- Hover over the left side bar menu and select Reports (the second icon)
- Select Engagement on the secondary side-bar menu > Events
- The Events section allows you to measure specific interactions and occurrences on your website. Examples of events include:
- Form submissions – numbers of form submissions users have submitted (such as contact forms or other forms you require).
- Clicks to email – the number of clicks on the email address via the website .
- Phone call link clicks – the number of clicks on the phone number via the website.
- Downloads – the numbers of downloads via website (such as your publications).
