To find your Reports, log in to the back end of your website and click on the menu item titled PracticeWEB Mail Reports.
You’ll then be taken to the Mailshot List where you can view all the mailshots that have been sent out. You can click Preview to see how the mailshot looks and Report to see the Report Dashboard.
The Dashboard shows the statistics for a particular mailing, such as click and open rates and the number of reports that have been sent, delivered, or have failed.
At the bottom of the report page, you can see information for an individual user, such as their email address and how many times they have opened your mailing.
